A standard rope-operated Pull switch may be installed onto most electronically controlled door opener systems.  This ceiling mounted device is intend to give controlled access to forklift operators without having to step off the forklift to open the door.  The pull cord hangs outside of the vehicle lane but still within arms reach.

Control options:

• Open only.  The motor controller would need automatic closing function.
• Impulse Command, Open, Stop, Close.
